Its precise foam ratio control (1-6%, ±0.2% error) matches fire types: 3% for oil fires, 6% for polar solvent fires, ensuring optimal foam expansion (20:1 to 100:1). The valve's anti-clog filter (150-mesh) blocks foam concentrate impurities, preventing ratio deviation.

Compatible with common foam concentrates (AFFF, FFFP, protein foam), it features a pressure gauge interface for real-time ratio monitoring. For fire equipment manufacturers, this metered valve ensures reliable fire suppression.
